I came forva massage to help with lower back and hip pains I have been experiencing since giving birth 5 months ago. The massage from Kieran tackled the areas needed leaving me feeling more relaxed and with a much better feeling in my lower back. Next massage already booked.

I’ve been seeing Chloe for many years now & wouldn’t go anywhere else for a facial. Very friendly relaxing & informative on every visit, I look forward to each treatment & not only feel the difference but can see it. Perfect way to spend an hour or so to switch off from everything. Fantastic massages too, suffer with a bad shoulder & Chloe always helps release knots & pains. Very talented & lovely lady.

Chloe is the best facialist! From the peaceful drive to her secluded cabin to the warmth of the heated bed, the experience is pure bliss. The Lift and Sculpt treatment was incredible—the perfect release for my tight jaw and tense face muscles. My skin feels smoother, my muscles relaxed, and my face looks lifted and sculpted. It’s even more relaxing than a full-body massage! & thanks to Chloe’s expertise with Environ facials and her tailored homecare, my fine lines and wrinkles have improved over the years. I used to go to Helen regularly but moved some three years ago. Recently I’ve had terrible pain in my left neck/shoulder and immediately thought of Helen who booked me a quick appointment and although things are a little sore from the Swedish massage, I’m so much more relaxed. I will now continue regularly to have treatment with Helen. In fact everyone should have a Helen - together with her wonderful treatment room.
