Great sports massage for a painful knee. Sandy was professional, friendly and relaxed. Would highly recommend. My whole leg feels so much more relaxed after he released all the tension and I didn't realise how much it was having a knock on effect on the rest of me. Will go again!

Sandy is a wizard! No other word to describe it. And considering how stressed I arrived at my appointment, he sat me down, took his time, and looked after me right from the start. From initial assessment right through the treatment, he was considerate, took time to explain what he wanted to do and why, and just made the whole experience calming and comforting. And as for my shoulder issue: - My range of motion and mobility have increased. - I’m no longer experiencing the same level of discomfort in my training and overhead lifts. - My back even feels a little less right than normal!
