Great sports massage for a painful knee. Sandy was professional, friendly and relaxed. Would highly recommend. My whole leg feels so much more relaxed after he released all the tension and I didn't realise how much it was having a knock on effect on the rest of me. Will go again!

Had an excellent and relaxing Thai compress full body massage- I even fell asleep at some points i was that relaxed. Josefa is so knowledgable and was able to quickly identify the problems in various different areas of my body after a short assessment. I went away feeling like a new person, with the aches and pains I’d felt before the treatment a distant memory.
