Absolutely amazing, I prefer very firm massages and Sarah didn’t half deliver. My shoulders are always sore from tension, can’t believe I walked out with no pain today. Unbelievable. Can’t wait to go back.

Alison gave me an extremely effective massage while being gentle and knew exactly what was causing my pain. She also gave me advice and stretches to do at home. I’m shocked by how much better my neck and shoulders feel.
