Hands down best sports massage I've ever had. I've had sports massage before where it was just a lot of unnecessary pressure but within the first 5 minutes it was obvious Chris has been doing this for a long time. He was able to work out a lot of knots and tension without much pain or discomfort. I also had a consultation to discuss botox and he recommended a different course of treatment which is less expensive which not many therapists would do. Will definitely be returning.

1st visit with Chris, extremely impressed. Chris was very welcoming, knowledgeable, nice and friendly. His premises gave a relaxed feeling with modern design. A 40mins deep massage to back and shoulders, after a great massage I had better mobility. Booked again for next week. :)
