I had a fantastic treatment today with Lauren, She gave me a bamboo massage combined with an Indian head massage, and it was incredibly relaxing while also easing a lot of tension. Lauren made me feel completely at ease and tailored everything perfectly. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and so much better overall. Highly recommend!

Hi Alex, Thank you for making my first massage a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I drove home like 20mph because I was so relaxed. Whereas I'd normally feel rushed. For anyone who would be interested: Alex is a very friendly, respectful and knowledgeable individual. He was able to help me relax because I was quite shy at the start. The atmosphere of the room was peaceful, with relaxing music. The room and equipment was also very clean. I'm delighted I had come to you for a massage, and would come again. Definitely a 5/5.

Oana has been helping fix my skin over the past couple of months and today I had a lovely relaxing face massage too. She is an amazing lady and very professional. I would highly recommend .

A very clean environnent. The sauna is first class. Great heat output, which you are able to control. You can also put some tunes on whilst relaxing. High recommended.

Another incredible massage by Zoë today. I could completely switch off from the pressures and stresses of the day. Zoë is very welcoming, warm person who makes me feel instantly at ease. Zoë cares about the whole experience from start to end: room has dimmed warm lights creating relaxing atmosphere, the scents Zoë uses are amazing and the massage itself felt so good. Background music is very relaxing. The massage from Zoë did not feel just a nice thing to have but a true neccessity to support wellbeing and mental balance. Zoë's massage is truly and highly recommended.

I loved my Menopause Massage . Such a beautiful , relaxing treatment . Pressure was perfect and Lauren understood my needs completely. I could barely peel myself up off the couch when it was finished . I was so relaxed and chilled. The treatment room was lovely and cosy with relaxing tranquil music playing in back ground. I had the best night sleep afterwards too . Thank you Lauren, I will definitely be booking in for another one soon x

Always a good experience. Relaxing head massage after a good sports back massage.

Alex was a consummate professional and made me feel incredibly at ease. He was thorough and tailored the massage to my needs. He demonstrated a high degree of therapeutic expertise and I'm walking away feeling a lot lighter. I went to Lauren for a Menopause Massage and what a brilliant experience and treatment this is. I cannot believe how well the treatment related to my menopausal symptoms and how relaxed I felt during and after my treatment. I highly recommend anyone going through the menopause to try this out!
