had the most AMAZING massage and facial with Caroline and honestly it was 10/10 from start to finish 🤍 From the moment I walked in she made me feel completely relaxed and comfortable. The massage room is like a haven, so relaxing and comforting. I have been having massages here regularly and it has helped so much with my arthritus in my hips back and knee. I am in significantly less pain. If you haven't been to The Pod you are definitely missing out! I honestly can't recommend Micheal and Sarah enough! Their knowledge is amazing!

Claire is a really lovely lady and makes you feel extremely comfortable and relaxed and explains everything she is doing. I had a fantastic remedial massage and the dry needling and feel so much looser! Highly recommend claire.
