I had the best experience ever. I booked an appointment for a soft tissue massage due to a recent stiff neck and sore back and shoulder pain. Debbie provided a thorough consultation and aftercare. Debbie really worked her magic to help; I can say that from the first session I can now move my neck without any pain and have less pain in my shoulder. I feel really relaxed and glad to say I might actually be able to get a full night's sleep without pain. I have booked another appointment in two weeks' time. I wish I had booked in sooner. Debbie is very professional. I 100% recommend. XX

I recently enjoyed a deeply relaxing Indian head massage by Sarah. She eased away my stress and tension, leaving me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Another excellent treatment - after the amazing effects of lymphatic drainage last visit, I was keen to see what the camoFX results would be! The whole experience was so relaxing and felt like it was really doing something during the treatment…as it’s a bit more involved than the regular lymphatic drainage…and I’m still noticing the difference 2 days later - less bloated / water retention which I can actually see. Sarah has excellent knowledge about the treatment and is such a safe pair of hands, always feel so at ease. Would recommend for anyone wanting to feel refreshed and reset.
