Silver Spa is a hidden gem in the heart of Cheltenham. I opted for the wonderful full body scrub and massage from Ying, and I can honestly say it was one of the best treatments I have ever experienced. Ying made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Her technique is incredible; firm yet relaxing, intuitive, and deeply rejuvenating. The full body scrub left my skin feeling unbelievably soft and refreshed, while the massage melted away every ounce of tension I was carrying. Ying has an incredible talent, and I can’t recommend her highly enough!!

I come to Ruby whenever my muscles are getting sore and tight from my aerial training and always leave feeling relaxed and ache free. She’s professional and thorough and explains what muscles she’s targeting and why. My go-to sports massage therapist from here on out :)

Indian Head Massage was simply wonderful. So relaxing!

Have not been able to exercise due to medical issues. Fabulous experience and service as per usual. Feeling very motivated and physically seeing results quickly, even after 2 sessions. Amazing non invasive treatment. Ariella is a amazing! No 1 in Cheltenham

I had a great back, shoulder, and neck massage this afternoon. I’ve only had a few massages before, so I felt a bit anxious at first, but I was made to feel welcome and at ease throughout the whole experience. I didn’t realise how much I needed it until afterwards — I left feeling so much more relaxed. I’d definitely recommend it, and I’ll be back again!

A wonderful relaxing experience. Grace was super friendly and professional and the facial lymphatic drainage massage was amazing. I felt very relaxed and my face felt a lot less puffy since. Will be booking this again. Thanks Grace.

5 stars because I can’t give 10! I had a Traditional combination Thai massage yesterday with my wife as a birthday treat. Silver spa were absolutely incredible and couldn’t do enough for us. The massage was nothing short of sublime! We were then given rose tea and told to relax in the relaxation area, only to be greeted again by the therapists holding ice cream for us both and singing happy birthday. We left very relaxed and felt as though we had been treated like royalty for the 90 minutes we were there. Thank you so much Silver Spa, we will definitely be back!!

This was my second time coming to Silver Spa, and just like the first it was fantastic! I had the lovely Anna looking after me. She was absolutely brilliant. Checked in with me throughout to make sure I was ok, used the exact pressure I asked for and was very attentive. The spa is very new, modern, and clean. I had a back, neck and shoulder massage with Ms Kay. I went in very sore & full of knots but left feeling extremely relaxed and she did an amazing job relieving the pain. The tea to go at the end was also a nice touch! I highly recommend Silver Spa and Ms Kay!!

Ariella was so warm and welcoming and provided a professional treatment. I absolutely loved the lymphatic drainage massage - it was so relaxing as well as providing wonderful and instant results. I suffer ibs and this has significantly helped my symptoms already. I can't wait to rebook and come back for another special treat.

My experience here was AMAZING! If i could give a million stars i would. The Man at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming and my appointment was with Ms Nairn, I couldnt reccommend her enough! She is friendly, attentive and a very skilled massage therapist. The atmousphere was extremely relaxing, i fell asleep during my massage and after i felt like i was floating on air! when i was leaving i got a lovely cup of tea to take with me and it had my name on it with a lovely smiley face and heart, they also had chocolates to take aswel. Best experience ive had by far, i will defo be back!

It was my first time having a lymphatic drainage massage and Grace ensured I had the best experience. I was so relaxed and Grace talked me through everything. The massage itself was wonderful and the room is comfortable, warm and calming. The results after the massage were incredible. Grace took me through how to take care of my body in the days following and it’s really paid off. I already can’t wait for my next treatment!

You can’t get a better massage anywhere in Cheltenham. Already looking forward to my next visit
