Lovely sports massage in an enchanting environment. Elaine listened to the needs of my body, checked in throughout the massage and made adjustments to pressure when necessary. The massage was relaxing and left me feeling rejuvenated. Looking forward to visiting again.

I have had numerous massages over the years but this reflexology session was something special. Catherine has a gentle, intuitive approach. The massage combined with the aromatherapy oils and the beautiful inviting space was just spot on and I left feeling so zen! She also gave some useful self care tips to do at home. Wonderful sports massage where Elaine listened to my needs and applied the perfect amount of pressure needed whilst also adapting the massage as we progressed when new niggle areas found. I would highly recommend.

Catherine has magic hands. She listened to my health and skin concerns and tailored the treatment to work perfectly for me. The combination of reflexology and facial is amazing. I was transported to a place of deep relaxation and floated out of he room afterwards. The openness in my body has stayed and I have slept incredibly well since the treatment. Elaine was amazing. She really targeted my problem areas, where I build up the most tension. And gave me small exercises to do daily to help with these areas. Will be booking the course of massages asap and will aim for monthly sessions! Can't wait x
