I've had a couple of appointments with Bindya now as I really suffer with my neck and upper back as I'm a P&D and painting ceilings all day! Her massages are absolutely top notch. Booking in more, hopefully 1 each fortnight. Very reasonably priced. Nice atmosphere in the therapy room and Bindya is wonderful. Can't recommend highly enough

I absolutely love this place! Always leave feeling incredible. I’ve had both Thai and deep tissue massages (pressure as hard as you like). Today I treated myself to a combined massage and facial which was complete luxury and just what I needed after a busy, stressful week. 100% recommend.

I have been going to Catherine for the last four years and she is quite simply, incredible! I had a lovely massage from Sue who targeted areas that needed more attention. Sue is a lovely lady and was very welcoming and makes you feel at ease. She is also very knowledgeable and we had a good chat. I’m looking forward to seeing Sue again and hopefully joining one of her stretch classes soon!
