I had micro-needling with Mel, this was something I’d been excited about for a long time. Mel explained the procedure, steamed and cleansed my skin, took a moisture reading and then commenced micro-needling. I won’t say it’s pleasant a bit like the pain from waxing so totally manageable. Once completed Mel applied and collagen mask, used red & blue light therapy gave and gave me a head and neck massage (def my favourite part). Finished with guidance on how to care for my skin after the treatment and a moisture test again. 2 days on, my pores are definitely smaller and ill be back for more

The deep tissue back massage was fabulous! Katie expertly targeted all the knots and tension in my back & helped relieve the nagging shoulder pain that I’ve had for several months now. She was attentive to my comfort level and applied just the right amount of pressure throughout the session. I left feeling relaxed and significantly more mobile. I’ve booked in again!

My Lymphatic massage was an amazing and calming experience. Steph is very professional yet endearing. Her hands are like a whisper. Very soothing. She answered all my questions as well, so you can tell that she knows her stuff because she educated me on some of the misinformation regarding lymphatic massages. I will definitely be back for more.
