Elisha is amazing at what she does. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a sports massage.

Had my first assessment and massage with Elisha today and honestly she was amazing. She came out last min to me as I woke up with the worse pain in my foot. She explained so much to me and answered any questioned I had and put my mind at ease. She got me doing some workouts & stretches which will help me over the next few weeks. Honestly couldn’t recommend Elisha enough. Thanks so much again Daisy x

Elisha is just a bundle of knowledge! Not only was my massage fantastic, her ability to answer all of my questions and explain to me each point of my massage and how my tension points affect different parts of my body was second to none!
