This was my 2nd visit . Phoebe did a deep tissue massage and dry needling on my problematic shoulders. I had a marked improvement after my first visit and am looking forward to more . It was my first time having dry needling treatment and am already feeling the benefits as my shoulders and neck feel more relaxed. I can highly recommend 👌

I love getting my monthly haircut with Julie! It's incredible to think that I only discovered her after a less-than-stellar experience at Steven and Laurent. By far, this is the best salon in Bideford. The vibe created by all the girls there is simply fantastic. They truly make every visit memorable!

My mum and I had our first ever Japanese head spa and wow what a treatment, we had our scalp analysed, specific products chosen and the most luxurious shoulder massage and head massage/hair wash and deep conditioning treatment followed by a blow dry. My hair feels so silky and looks nourished and I feel very very relaxed. I would highly recommend

Visited Phoebe this morning for a massage as Im so sore with ongoing sciatica. She's so knowledgeable with injuries and suggested different ways I can improve my symptoms. Will definitely be revisiting to try other things she does such as needling and cupping!!!!

I don’t often spend money on hair and beauty so the treat of being utterly relaxed and treated was lovely. Nearly fell asleep in both the boat chair and on the beauty coach. Lovely staff and friendly, accepting atmosphere. Also super good value. Would recommend

Jen is very attentive and very caring whilst performing my massage, she hits all the right spots of tightness and stiffness. She is having a very calming nature and personality and I feel very safe, nurtured and cared for in her hands! I always have the best night sleep in the few nights after the massage! Jen is amazing! I had a hamstring and lower back massage with acupuncture today. Phoebe is always thinking ahead and looking at all the possible solutions to help with my injury and provides me with good advice to manage the problem between appointments.
