Michelle is amazing. She has an incredible ability to know whether you want to talk or be silent. Both fine, today I was in a talking mood - well we seemed to cover ground from beauty to hair, puppies, hormones, vinted and it just flowed. Every appointment feels totally relaxing. Im delighted with my eyebrows (as usual!)
