Rebecca was extremely professional, she spoke with me prior to the treatment. I fully enjoyed the massage, it was relaxing and helped easy my constant back and shoulder aches. Comfortable and safe surroundings helped me to relax and enjoy the treatment. Would highly recommend and definitely will be visiting again.

Had a fantastic back neck and shoulder massage. Excellent cosy little facility, nice and warm, relaxing atmosphere with parking directly outside. Massage was fabulous, I struggled to stay awake I was so relaxed and cosy. I’m already booking another one for January! Highly recommend.

I had the Escape & Renew Experience - WOW, just amazing. Kat was so lovely and welcoming and made me feel extremely comfortable. Kat’s space is so cosy and beautiful - perfect for a relaxing massage. I will most certainly be back for more treatments.

My experience with Christine today was fantastic, I had a lovely deep tissue massage where to paid attention to the areas I had been struggling with. I also had an amazing facial when Christine was very helpful on explaining different products to me that would be right for my skin type so thank you very much. It was a very relaxing morning 10 out of 10 😁

My first, & absolutely not my last, massage with Bethan. I've had my share of massages but this was different, the room is so beautiful & calming, the bed is warmed & the blanket is cosy! Beth checked the information I'd filled in beforehand regarding the pressure, any complaints/areas that need working on. The pressure was incredible, absolutely perfect. The girl has talent! My only complaint is that it ended...I could've stayed there for hours. I were so relaxed and could easily had a nap, maybe next time I book an extra hour to snooze afterwards hehe. Thank you again, I'll be back ❤️

A truly blissful massage and facial. Beth's attention to detail are legendary. I've had massages before in the past at various salons and always never fully felt at ease. This is not the case here. Beth gave me a full body massage on my lunch break. She was punctual and the set up didn’t eat into my treatment time. Her friendly nature put me at ease straight away and her set up made me forget I was in my own home. She gave me a relaxing, professional massage which left me feeling relaxed for the rest of the afternoon. It was such a treat - I’ll definitely be booking in again.

Another relaxing massage from Christine! She worked around my sore shoulder and went the extra mile to ensure I was extremely comfortable, my regular massages have become part of my self care routine. Would definitely recommend x

The massage I had was amazing. I have had issues with sciatica and after a quick conversation about ‘problem areas’ the relaxing began. When Becca gently brushed her hands over my lower back, I felt a gentle heating sensation. Then Becca gently worked her magic! I honestly can’t believe the difference! The pain hasn’t gone completely, but I can now move without wincing in pain. I would (and have) totally recommended Becca for massages just for the time relaxing, but I honestly think she’s put me on the way to some form of recovery.

Fabulous from start to finish. Message about parking and directions beforehand, lovely cabin. Very relaxing massage/facial/good scrub, felt amazing after, will definitely make this a regular treatment. X
