Lauren is a fantastic therapist-really knows her stuff and creates a relaxed and friendly environment. I attend for lymphatic massage but would highly recommend for any type of massage therapy.

Lauren is just brilliant 🤩 tries reflexology today for the first time could not believe how spot on Lauren was with her assessment. Really knowledgeable and helpful. Puts you at ease straight away and makes you feel so welcome and comfortable. Honestly highly recommend any treatment with Lauren😊

Felt totally at ease as soon as I walked in. Lauren tailored the treatment to suit my needs. Really enjoyed the massage. Only downside it had to come to an end. Thanks so much Lauren and also to my friend for buying it for me as a birthday gift 😀

I had the most relaxing experience, as a hospitality worker and blacksmith my muscles were full of knots and strains, All of my muscle knots and tighness are much better and I'll absolutely be booking in again next month!
