I have been seen by Stephan as I was having problems with my neck, he was able to fit me in as soon as possible which happened to be the next day. My neck was so painful I could not sleep or move my neck/head in any direction after 45 minutes I was able to move my head easily and the constant pain had gone away. I really recommend Stephan at the Amatsu centre as he is a master in the art of Amatsu and a lovely and friendly gentleman. David from Abergavenny.

I just had the most wonderful facial with Alice. I’m new to facials and had no idea it would be such a pleasurable experience. Alice has magic in her hands. It was so relaxing and my skin felt wonderful afterwards. I would highly recommend the Silicium Lifting facial. It’s much more than a facial as you have some massage too, it’s amazing. Treat yourself. I will be allowing myself this indulgence every now and again.

What can I say I’ve had a bad back since I was 13 I’ve had X-rays mri scans etc and I have got a curvature in my spine I’ve had acupuncture, various massages, osteopath, chiropractor and tried everything This today was a game changer my husband bought me a voucher and I was a bit sceptical I have to say one of the best massages or work done on my back EVER I will be back absolutely amazing thank you so much Linda

Alice was absolutely exceptional. Her warmth, calmness and professionalism created such a relaxing, almost spa-like experience. I cannot recommend Elysium Massage Abergavenny highly enough :) Sylviu is exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely gifted at what he does. Having struggled with a great deal of tension and pain, I was hoping simply for some relief, but the experience far exceeded my expectations! With 18 years of experience, he DEFINITELY understands deep tissue work, anatomy, and the body itself on a much deeper level than most therapists I have encountered. My second visit today. I can not believe how different I feel after one Acupuncture and Amatsu therapy with Stefan. I could not walk properly without my walking stick since 2010. But with Stefan's amazing Acupuncture and manipulation with his healing hands, I have ditched the stick and feel that I no longer need it. My back and neck feel so much better than it ever was. And I feel a different person now. I fully recommend Amatsu Centre in Abergavenny to anyone who has pain problems. Thank you Stefan.

Just had my first 3 pass Ozone treatment with Stephan (Major Autohemo). The procedure was very clinical and professional. The treatment involved me relaxing on the therapy bed and the machine doing the rest. I had 3 passes where blood was taken out and put back in 3 times during the hour. I didn’t feel strange or dizzy, I felt relaxed and confident with Stephan. The procedure as mentioned took around an hour. After the process I felt very alert but relaxed. Not sure if this was the procedure or me relaxing (for a change!!) I will write another review as to how I feel in a few days.

Wow! What can I say! A very relaxing experience. Alice is very professional and makes you feel at ease as soon as you arrive. Alice took the time to ask me about my sensitive skin and chose the best products for me. The massage and facial were incredible - I feel relaxed and refresh. I’ll definitely be booking in again 🙂
