My massage therapist, Ava, was highly skilled and truly put her energy into the session. Her expertise made a noticeable difference, leaving me deeply relaxed—so much so that I forgot my belongings twice. I highly recommend Knead, especially Ava, for anyone looking for a high-quality massage. I’ll definitely be back.

This was my first ever head spa treatment and it was amazing! Emma was very sweet, gentle and kind - she created a very relaxing and calm atmosphere. I had the ‘Head Focussed’ treatment and especially enjoyed the extra touches like the foot massage machine, and little sweet snack while drying my hair. My head and mind feel lighter …and my hair so incredibly soft! I’ll be back for sure :)

The owner Annik has curated a beautiful little shop in downtown vancouver/gastown, on a quiet street she stands alone but offers so many incredible services and products in her store front making her a big fish in her location. very calm and willing to take time to listen to clients. very happy with my service,and i look forward to future visits

Tried the Signature package today, with Ivy. Was nice to be able to choose massage firmness level, get input on which ingredients to choose for the custom mask with fresh aloe vera gel based on your survey responses, the tea tree tingly shampoo, the ear massages throughout, the heat massages with stones and ball, the mask with nano steam that lead to the super soft silky hair, and the aromatic decaf tea plus foot massage at the end was a nice way to end the service! Thank you!

The massage itself was okay. The masseuse was professional and checked in on the pressure, which I appreciated. However, the room felt a bit cold for me—even with the bed heater turned on, I didn’t feel much warmth. Also, since the rooms were only divided by curtains, it wasn’t truly quiet; I could still hear conversations and sounds from the next cubicle, which made it harder to fully relax. Overall, a decent experience, but the ambiance could be improved to make the session more comfortable and relaxing

I booked a 25 min + 50 min foot reflexology and this experience was amazingly relaxing. It was much Kneaded! First off, the studio has about 4 lounge chairs for foot reflexology and 4 rooms for body massages. Place is quiet and serene that relaxes you. My masseuse, Ava, covered my eyes and covered me in a blanket, tilted the lounge chair and that was the start of la-la-land. I soaked my feet in a big tub of warm water with epsom salt and flower petals. Ava was professional, kneaded the exact places where it was sore. What a wonderful experience. Lynn offered a very relaxing experience. From head and neck message, luxurious creams for head, neck, face arms. The lotons smelled amazing, the hot rock massage was on point. Hair Blow dry was gentle. Beautiful staff. Highly recommend 👌

I booked lthe premium package at Headicure as a pre-birthday treat, and it was absolutely worth it! Jessica was amazing—so kind, attentive, and thoughtful throughout the entire appointment. I have sensitive skin, and she was very careful with the products she used, which I really appreciated. The scalp, arm, and shoulder massages were incredible and left me feeling so relaxed and refreshed. This treatment (Premium) was wonderful and relaxing from start to finish. The facility was inviting, clean and gave true spa vibes in each treatment room. Queenie was my technician who gave the perfect pressure during the massage. She was thorough and professional - I highly recommend Queenie… I will definitely be back and book with her!

I had a foot massage with Yiejun and it was fantastic. She checked in about the pressure, made sure I was comfortable, and overall made sure it was a great experience. Highly recommend. The only small thing that might from the experience was being able to hear other people talking because there are only curtains separating the chairs used for foot massages, but the there are signs that it's a quiet space and the staff did their best to enforce that. If you're looking for a silent or completely private experience, it may not be for you.

I've had so many massage trips here in Knead, and she is totally my favorite. She is very accomodating, very knowledgeable and really points everything at the right place. It was threrapuetic, and relaxing at the same time. Highly recommended!
