I had a great experience at BellaDonna Aesthetics & Wellness DT Calgary with Daniela Henriquez. She was professional, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She explained the Shape Shift intro fat reduction and body contouring process clearly and answered all my questions with patience and care. The environment was clean, relaxing, and professional. I appreciated how attentive and detail-oriented she was, and I left feeling confident and well taken care of. It’s always an incredible experience getting my hair done by David. I know he’s the only person that truly understands my hair and I’m always extremely happy with the results. He is the best of the best and you cannot go wrong with him. I’ve been his client for over 10 years and I will never stop being his client. I live in Vancouver now but travel to Calgary at least twice a year to see family and get my hair done by David. The hot towel on the neck is such a relaxing feature at this new location. Thanks David, can’t wait for the next cut and colour!

Easy to find and tons of parking. Spa is beautiful, with a calming atmosphere. Helena is a master at her trade and the facial I had was thorough, meticulously performed and very relaxing. I have previously had massages, which were also exceptional. I have been many times before and will continue to go. Well worth the treat to yourself, regardless of the service.

This was the most relaxing and incredible massage / spa experience I have ever had. With most massages, it is hard for me to enjoy because the massage is NEVER long enough...and I find myself anxious awaiting the end that is always coming too soon. With this massage, I had absolutely none of that stress! With the spa experience in my own home combining the Hot Stones, cups, Facial, Aroma Therapy and meditation, this was the best money I have ever spent on myself. I will forever be a client because of the care and attention to my body that Ambar took. Thank you for being such a kind soul!

We had a really enjoyable experience! The staff are attentive and skilled. My partner, who likes stronger massages, was thrilled, and I loved the gentle, relaxing treatment – both our preferences were fully respected. My family has been looking for a hair salon since we moved to Calgary. I think we found one in London Hair Salon! We came in for two of my kids hair cut. 100/10 - I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Ambar. I always get the 3hr massage and it’s so out of this world. She puts time and focus into each part of the body to make it feel well rounded and like the body got what it needs. Her flow from light pressure to deep tissue is very seamless and it genuinely makes the whole experience so enjoyable. I feel so relaxed and my body feels less tense because she doesn’t rush through it even though it’s a fairly long appointment. I’m so grateful for her and her hands. I highly recommend Ambar for everything massage related.

I went in with an open mind not really knowing a lot about somatic healing or what to really expect. I get massages often and she was very good AND the facial was probably one of the most luxurious experiences of my life. The emotional release was palpable and it was a safe place to release what isn’t yours to carry. 10/10 I highly recommend and would do again. Exceeded expectations. You never know what to expect the first time at a new place, so we only booked one hour. For sure I’ll be booking for 90 minutes next time. Don has an excellent knowledge of the human body, trained both in Canada and in China. He was incredibly thorough, found and dealt with all my muscle knots with strength, but in a way that caused me no pain. If I lived in Calgary, I’d go regularly. As it is, on our frequent trips here, we will be treating ourselves to a massage every time we visit.
