Best deep tissue massage I've had in Melbourne Came in to the Moonee Ponds location on Puckle St and honestly couldn't be happier. I booked a deep tissue massage and it delivered exactly that — proper pressure, targeting the right spots, no half-measures. You can tell the therapists actually know what they're doing. The space is calm and welcoming, and I walked out feeling like a completely different person. Will absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend if you need something that actually works out the tension rather than just a gentle rub-down.

A wonderful massage from Jane. I felt relaxed, and physically better after my 60-min treatment. Jane was truly amazing, working her magic on some seriously tight muscles. Definitely will be going here on the regular. Everyone is super friendly, the space relaxing, clean and tranquil.

I’ve been seeing Sophie for close to 7 years. I found most massages aren’t firm enough, but Sophie is great. In my first paid session (had a massage through work first), I told Sophie not to worry about a knot in my shoulder as it has been there for years and no one can get rid of it. She was determined, and after 3 trigger point massage sessions, she managed to release it. Hence why I’ve been doing her for 7 years. Thanks, Sophie.

I absolutely love seeing Lauren. I’ve been going to her religiously every fortnight since August 2025 and now I literally book my appointments for the entire year in advance. Whether it’s a lymphatic massage or a beautiful remedial massage, I always leave feeling incredible. The warmth and comfort of her home studio is honestly unmatched. From the second you walk in, the ambience is just so calming and relaxing. I genuinely look forward to every appointment jumping into that warm bed and completely switching off. I had a hot stone massage with Jenny and it was amazing! She was so lovely and made me feel really relaxed. I was running about 5 minutes late because of traffic, and she still continued the massage for an extra 10 minutes which I really appreciated. I left feeling calm, sleepy and so refreshed. I’m really impressed with the service here — the massages are exactly what I need every time. When I book a deep tissue, it’s a real deep tissue massage, no doubt about that. What makes this place stand out is how much they care about feedback and making sure you enjoy the whole experience. They actually follow up afterwards to check in, and you can tell they genuinely want to know if I was happy with the session. Even better, they take on board what I say and adjust for the next time, which makes such a difference. It honestly feels like they go out of their way to make every visit the best

The lymphatic drainage massage was so blissful. The gentle massage of the lymph system was incredibly relaxing. I felt supported and nourished throughout the session which incorporated breath-work. I highly recommend this style of massage therapy as a regular practice to assist with overall health and wellbeing. Angela’s sessions are calm and grounded, and I always leave feeling amazing.

I’m currently 19 weeks pregnant and have been feeling built up swelling in face. Lauren was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel completely safe and supported throughout the session. The massage itself was gentle & relaxing. Within hours, I noticed a visible reduction in puffiness and felt lighter and more comfortable overall. Not only did it help with the swelling, but it also improved my sleep and gave me a much needed moment of calm. I’ve already booked my next session! I can’t recommend this enough.
