I honestly can’t recommend this place highly enough. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and well looked after. The massage was exactly what I needed— Jasmine took the time to listen, focused on the areas that were causing me tension, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. I walked out feeling lighter, completely relaxed, and with so much of the tightness and stress gone. It was one of the best massages I’ve had in a long time. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. I’ll definitely be back!

Had sore hamstrings & a tight back so had a. Relaxing Hydro spa first to feel relaxed then had Saki work on my Troubled areas , After an hour I felt much better & Saki was excellent, I would definitely recommend & will be returning

I had the most amazing massage with Brooke at BT Beauty today, and I honestly couldn’t recommend it highly enough! From start to finish, the experience was so relaxing and exactly what I needed. The salon itself is stunning, super clean, and smelt amazing. Looking out the window over the marina, it honestly felt like I was on a tropical island. Brooke was fantastic — she applied the perfect amount of pressure, I could literally feel the tension melting away. I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed and like I was floating! I’ll definitely be coming back (I’ve already booked).

I had a wonderful waxing experience with Helen at the new Studio 369! The salon is absolutely beautiful and has such a lovely, welcoming atmosphere. Helen was incredibly caring and thorough, going above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable—even offering me a warm blanket. The service was fantastic, and my legs feel absolutely amazing! I’ll definitely be returning and I highly recommend booking all your treatments at Studio 369! ❤️

My 1.5hr hot stone massage with Kei this week was beyond amazing!! From the plush luxurious and heated table I quickly drifted into LaLa land. Kei's beautiful personality and genuine love for her profession flows through her hands with every precise touch. The combination of gentle choreographed stone movement, heated towels and weighted bags plus intense muscle massage from top to toe was incredibly perfect and greatly appreciated. I always look forward to my standard massages that Kei delivers, but my heart, soul and memory will dwell and await another delightful mega experience.

I’ve never had an experience like it. She is absolutely incredible, I can’t even explain it! She is so patient focused, & truly cares about you. I felt so relaxed but genuinely felt so much better after. She even gave me advice on how to help my muscles and improve tightness at home. 10/10 experience and have booked again :)

Had the best experience with Brooke at BT Beauty! 🤍 My brow lamination turned out even better than I imagined, they look so fluffy, lifted and perfectly shaped without looking overdone. Brooke is so lovely and takes the time to make sure everything is exactly how you want it. You can tell she really cares about what she does, and the attention to detail is unmatched.
