Side by side, Jane and Hurami ensured our dignity and comfort. Both very impressed. Were made to feel welcome and relaxed. Professional and friendly. Great massage. Highly recommended. Would definitely book again when visiting The Gold Coast.

I had the Expert Pro Cleanse Facial with Lulla today her pressure was outstanding throughout the facial and I felt totally relaxed after the 1st cleanse!!! My skin felt smooth, nourished and hydrated after my facial yet I still felt like it was so relaxing especially with the added foot and arm massage. I will certainly be booking back in. I would definitely recommend to anyone that appreciates a good massage and amazing pressure throughout their facial.

Aline was incredible! She did a drenomodeling massage on me (a mix of sculpting massage and lymphatic drainage), and the results were not only noticeable — I could feel and see the difference. Received a massage and a facial from Muntaha not long ago and was by far one of the best and most relaxing experiences I’ve had in a salon. Just had an amazing first appointment with Muntaha - she is so detailed and understood my skin conditions from the first touch! I loved how special the facial treatments were and felt very relaxed with the massages during the whole process. I was so happy with the extractions as well which have already improved my problem area :) couldn’t recommend her enough!

Today, I had a 45-minute remedial massage with my partner in a couple room and it was absolutely amazing. We’ve tried several other massage places in Gold Coast, but this was by far the best experience we’ve had. My therapist, Harumi, was especially friendly and kind, and all of the staff provided exceptional customer service. Everything was very professional and impressive from start to finish. We will definitely be coming back and I’ll be recommending this place to everyone I know. Thank you to the whole team!

I had a microdermabrasion facial with the lovely aesthetician Muntaha Bourke and I was so happy with the results. Muntaha spent quality time with me and explained other options that would benefit my skin concerns. It was a relaxing and pampering experience, and my skin now feels so soft, hydrated and plump. While I had my light therapy, I got the added bonus of a relaxing massage. I will definitely be rebooking for a course of skin needling soon!

This was my first experience at Retreat Massage and Wellness and I will definitely be back!! The staff were incredibly welcoming on arrival and I was able to relax as soon as I walked through the door. I had a pregnancy massage, and my therapist Julianne was AMAZING! Even the tone of her voice was lovely and relaxing. She was extremely professional - and easily one of the best pregnancy massages I have had. She made me very comfortable (which is very difficult this late in pregnancy 😅) Thank you Julianne and the staff at Retreat for a wonderful experience 🤍

Harumi is absolutely amazing. I’ve been to her twice now and both times received literally the best massages I’ve ever had in my life. The first time I was fantastic but the massage I got yesterday was even better. Being the second time she understood my problem areas even more than the first time. I can’t recommend her enough. It’s the most relaxed I’ve felt after a massage ever.

It was my first ever time at Beauty on Queen and it was also my first time getting my eyelashes tinted. The experience was so quick and easy and came with a relaxing arm massage. The lady I had was absolutely adorable. She was so patient, so sweet and she took such good care of me. I would recommend her to anyone! Definitely will visit again!

We had a couples massage and honestly it was the next massage we’ve ever had. My partner is extremely picky with his massages and have not had such a personalised experience ever as we had with Retreat massage. I had Radka for my massage and it was so so relaxing. She took into account everything I wanted from the massage and she went above and beyond! My partner had a bloke (cannot remember his name sorry) but he said his massage was perfect. We have been going hard in the gym recently and this is just what we needed:) Very very pleased from start to finish and highly recommend.
