My first Japanese head spa and I’d have to say it was the best hour of my life! Soooo relaxing and nourishing. I had the massage function turned on on the bed the whole session as well so feel like my whole body has been treated. Narges was lovely and is so good at what she does. I enjoyed it so much I bought another voucher to go back again. I wouldn’t be able to afford going at standard price but with 30% off it is achievable for me.

I honestly look forward to my monthly lymphatic massage every single time. She is absolutely wonderful, so warm, professional, and genuinely caring. You can tell she truly knows what she’s doing, and she always makes me feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment I walk in. Absolutely love my lymphatic massages with Sam! They are so relaxing and I always notice the effects in the days after whereas other places give a very clinical vibe and not as effective. Would highly recommend!

I enjoyed it but body massage should be a gentle massage so as I could enjoy the massage on my head. It was difficult to relax as body massage was a bit too strong.

My Massage with Ingrid today was the best massage I’ve ever had. I was more relaxed at the end of the session than I have been in a long, long time. I will definitely be coming back to see her again. I had such a lovely time! Ingrid is very respectful and gifted. It was my first Lomi massage (and massage altogether) but she managed to keep me confortable and focused on the moment. It felt very relaxing and peaceful. I will be sure to come back, this time for 3 hours!

Lomi massage is the most incredible massage experience. Ingrid is a gifted masseuse. There is no comparison to other massages i’ve tried. Not only did it address my aches and pains , 3 hours is definitely optimal- the sensation of being on the waves of the ocean is hard to describe. Highly recommend!!!!! The attention to personal preference is also above anything i’ve had elsewhere. A truly wonderful experience.

Today I indulged in an Introductory head spa treatment. My preference would have been to have an individual space. The dual setting does mean your treatment serenity is interrupted by the services being delivered to another client eg taps running, hair drying. Staff spoke very quietly and respectfully which assisted. I found the chair quite difficult to get comfortable on given its hard plastic form. Of course others may find the mould just right. The treatments and massage were revitalizing.

This experience was amazing, I felt very rejuvenated. I had wondered if an extended massage would be too long; it definitely not the case 2 hours was perfect. I felt warm, safe and nurtured throughout.

Experience was amazing! Head massage felt so good, enjoyed the shoulder and arm massage too, and the oils and treatment smelt amazing! Will be going back again for another soon! Narges was so kind and talked me through the session, as well as explained about my scalp and hair follicles from looking at them closely on the screen

Makeup was so amazing, even better than the trial and a wonderful start to my day having Sam there. She’s so thoughtful, cool under pressure and wonderful working with my bridesmaids and extra careful with one of my sisters who had allergies. Can’t recommend Sam more, you won’t regret having her on your special day. My makeup was flawless all day and my happy tears did not make the makeup run at all. Thanks so much Sam!!! Xx

Sam went above and beyond for my hair style. We went simple and even though I cut my hair shorter, she was able to make it even better than the trials. My hair was perfect all day and night. no rain, wind or dancing could put it out of place. She did an amazing job and I couldn’t have had it any better. Thank you Sam xx
