They offer the best massages for the best prices in Auckland. They use great masssge techniques especially for islanders like myself who have thicker bodies and do a lot of weight training. They're the only place I've been to that flip me on my sides, front and back for a massage - making sure to get every part of the body massaged! I've been coming here over the years and have also recommended them to family and friends.

If you’re looking for a highly skilled, hands-on sports massage therapist, I strongly recommend Jaime at Re+Vive. I’ve been seeing Jaime on a weekly/fortnightly basis and have noticed significant improvements in both my mobility and overall recovery. Her extensive knowledge of the body allows her to identify and treat areas of tension I didn’t even realise needed attention. I absolutely loved my experience at Renew Studio! The space is beautiful, calming, and feels like the perfect little escape from a busy day. The infrared red light pod was so relaxing, and I walked out feeling refreshed, recharged, and completely reset. Courtney was incredibly welcoming and took the time to explain everything, making the whole experience feel comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone looking to prioritise their wellness or recovery.

I had a wonderful experience during my gym tour. Kristie and Rosa were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer my questions and made the sign-up process simple and stress-free. The gym has everything I was looking for, and I felt supported from the very beginning of my fitness journey. I am looking forward to getting fit and fabulous and achieving my fitness goals.

I had my induction with Ava and she was amazing! Felt so motivated and comfortable. All of the ladies are so nice there and the gym really is a judge free zone and women of all ages. Bonus for me is the amazing child minding service, Steph is great and the kids room is so fun!
