Today I have had a lovely back and shoulder massage, some reiki and red light treatment. I really recommended all of it. I came out feeling relaxed yet refreshed. Amy is fantastic, she is so calming and gentle. Thank you very much Amy. I will definitely book in again with you soon.

Amy was very friendly and the treatment room as lovely and warm and the sound of rain just added to the relaxing atmosphere. She got right into my knots and my back feels so much better. My feel are lovely and soft after the 30 minute reflexology.

Great to be back and Charlie was great with Olive as her new coach. She was abit tired but excited to be back next week full of beans! Thanks lads

I had an Indian head massage and reiki here for the first time today and will definitely go back. The treatments were very healing and relaxing, and it is a lovely, clean, tranquil space. Amy is lovely - warm, patient, empathetic and professional. Thank you Amy ✨

Both boys have completed four sessions here and love it each week they are excited for their next session. We can already see improvement within the areas we wanted them to work on which is great

My 1st time having massage with Amy. Impressed by the tranquil professional setting of massage area, simply beautiful!!!!... I had a full body massage ( great on pressure points & perfect flow). All the coaches at Calculated performance are great, very welcoming even to kids that done coach each week. My son absolutely loves it, he's always chatting away to all of them and laughing and joking before the session starts. As far as the coach goes, you can tell they are all well experienced and trained, constantly praising and being positive to help build confidence which I really like. My son has come on leaps and bounds from where he first started and absolutely loves going.

Amy was so professional, lovely peaceful environment which made me feel really calm. The treatment itself was soothing and relaxing, and also treated my aches and pains! Highly recommend, would definitely return.

The guys at calculated performance have made my son feel at ease and has already improved his skills even more in such a short space of time, he really looks forward to his sessions every week. He was poorly one week and was unable to attend however they were very accommodating and was able to re arrange his session for another day that week, Adam was really helpful.

Had the best reiki session with Amy today. A lovely therapist in a beautiful environment. Would definitely recommend
