I had an Indian head massage and reiki and I had an amazing experience, Marta was lovely and so professional. I was so rested and it felt like the stress had been taken away. I totally recommend Her Sanctuary Holistic Therapies, I will be definitely going back.

I honestly can’t recommend Ryan enough. I came in with ongoing knee pain and feeling quite anxious about movement, but he was so reassuring, patient and knowledgeable. Everything was explained clearly and I never felt rushed. He gave me a list of rehab exercises that won’t strain my knee . It made such a difference having someone who actually listens and cares about your recovery.

Highly recommend this wonderful therapist she is very professional and made me feel relaxed and welcome. It is clear she has many years experience in correct massage techniques and hit the spot on the right muscle areas. The room smelt divine when I arrived and the bed was lovely and warm . Perfect Swedish massage, thanks so much.

Just had the most incredible deep tissue massage! The therapist was spot on, targeting all the right areas and really workin' out the knots. Felt like a new person afterwards defo recommendin' this to anyone needin' some serious tension relief!

Massage was very relaxing and gentle- long strokes of Swedish massage were what my body needed. Therapist Marta was very informative and educational. Very keen to try the other therapies she can offer. Only knock to the experience was not being told correct address early on and being told bathroom is Downstairs After climbing upstairs. Aside from these 2 instances, the session was lovely. I even fell asleep on the table, which has never happened before! Clean and clear space - love her setup and service. Will visit again
