I am always grateful for the opportunity to be stretched - particularly pre-race - at RecoverU. I came in with some nagging shin pain and Lakeitha did incredible work making me feel limber and comfortable again. My hamstrings thank you much for your service!

Lakeitha did an amazing job and with this being my first stretching/massage session. Explained the process well and what was the benefit of each stretch and massage technique.
