I had my first Indian head massage and reflexology session with Nicola yesterday and I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease. Nicola has such a calming presence and a real gift for what she does. The head massage was incredibly relaxing and worked wonders for the tension I’d been carrying. The reflexology was just as brilliant – I felt lighter and more balanced afterwards. It’s clear that Nicola is highly skilled and genuinely passionate about helping people feel their best. as always, lovely Aromatherapy massage with a blend that Nicola tailor makes to Clients needs

Excellent experience with Cariad, very easy to book, easy to find, nice clean and professional environment and made to feel welcome and at ease on entry even though I've done this quite a bit before, its always appreciated. Went for the Bespoke experience and was not disappointed, an informal talk about my physical/mental situation and then recommendations on therapy options and a targeted massage combining relaxation with working out stress points etc. Comfortable environment and peaceful non-invasive music. Overall 10/10, well worth a visit! :)

Another fabulous treatment from the wonderful Nicola. I had an aromatherapy massage and was so relaxed that I nearly fell asleep! Such a calm and welcoming space and Nicola is always so caring and thoughtful. I can’t wait for my next appointment!

A fabulous experience as always! I had a back, neck and head massage and I felt Nicola’s care in every touch. At the end I felt nourished and full of love. The therapy room itself is warm and welcoming and I love having my tea to take away with me. Can’t wait to go back!

Such a beautiful experience, Nicola is magic, her energy and love is so wonderful to be in. The back, shoulder and neck massage was incredible followed by beautiful Reiki. The setting in her therapy room is so lush, it looks beautiful, super cosy and smells amazing! The heated massage table too- yey! All round fantastic experience with the talented and lovely Nicola!
