Providing in depth expertise knowledge and tells you EXACTLY what to expect from the treatment you are having. I recently had a deep tissue massage with Methi and it was absolutely fantastic! I've been having a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders, and he really listened to my concerns and focused on those areas. The pressure was perfect, and I felt so much relief afterward. He also gave me some great tips for stretches I can do at home. The atmosphere was relaxing, and Methi was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Methi and Ruen Thai Spa for anyone looking for a great massage! I will definitely be back for another massage soon.

I had an incredible session with Methi that included a lot of stretching, and I felt amazing afterward. Methi really knows what they’re doing and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I left feeling so much lighter, more relaxed, and flexible. Highly recommend!

The ambiance was serene and authentically Thai, with calming music and a clean, welcoming environment. The staff were professional and courteous. I opted for a traditional Thai massage, and the therapist was highly skilled—firm where needed, but always attentive to pressure levels. I’d definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, authentic Thai massage in the area.
