The reflexology was amazing, so relaxing I actually felt as if I was floating. Louise is such a warm, caring person and very professional. The therapy room is purpose built and very well equipped.

Realy relaxing and nice

Louise is very calm and knowledgeable. I had reflexology and as soon as I stood up, I coughed and brought up alot of phlegm which I didn't realise I had. My nose and chest felt really clear! Also, Louise said my left side felt gritty suggesting a blockage on that side. Spot on as I do get occasional colon trouble causing constipation. 2 hours on and I'm feeling very relaxed and think it will be an early night for me.
