Catherine is wonderful. I’ve been having acupuncture from her for several years and she really helps my health issues. She’s calm, empathetic and so knowledgeable and experienced. I always leave feeling calmer, relaxed and with strategies to improve my whole wellbeing. I sleep so deeply after treatments, feels restorative and healing.

Such a peaceful ambience and a gifted masseuse. I don't remember feeling so good after a back massage before. Just excellent.

Every session is both enlightening and physically effective. Catherine combines her wide knowledge and experience of different healing mechanisms, with intuition and close care.

Melita is so incredibly warm, kind, and I am so happy that I found her. I have had a few Reiki sessions with her now and can’t wait for my next. The session itself is deeply relaxing, made even more comforting by Mel’s warmth and the calming atmosphere in the cabin.
