I had the Pressotheraphy and Infra Red Body Suit. I have suffered with pain in my leg for a number of years, I have tried all sorts of treatments. I struggle to sleep due to the pain during the night. My first time with Pressotherapy ,I had a good nights sleep and my leg is much more relaxed. I would definitely recommend to give it a go, cant wait for my next session.

First time having microneedling and gen talked me through everything! She gave me some great advice for my skin and I’m looking forward to going on this journey with her to better my skin!

Another brilliant session from Pete. My mobility is improving all the time. I really appreciate Pete’s advice and support, he not only works on my body physically in sessions but gives me great advice on things I can work on in between sessions. Thank you. 🤩

Excellent sports therapy as always

I have experienced prolonged discomfort in my legs and lower back for several months. Despite having received custom insoles and attending two physiotherapy sessions, I continued to feel considerable stiffness. Upon a recommendation, I opted to consult with Pete. Following a single treatment, I experienced some initial soreness for a few days; however, I subsequently felt significantly improved, achieving a more upright posture and a full range of motion. It is important to adhere to the prescribed exercise regimen. Overall, I am highly satisfied with the treatment and its results.
