Jasmine conducts a very comprehensive initial assessment prior to commencing any necessary treatment. The assessment covers all aspects of your lifestyle which may result in the suggestion to visit your local GP to investigate other possible underlying health issues In additional to the physical treatment, Jasmine pro-actively provides rehabilitation advice including exercise/ routines. From experience this is something that you often have to raise with the therapist. A friendly disposition makes you feel at ease to raise any questions you may have both during or after treatment
