The Holistic Bliss treatment is heavenly and I was in dire need of some holistic bliss after an extremely busy period. The Sound Therapy Evening was the most soothing and relaxing experience and one I’m very keen to repeat. Gabriel’s expertise was very apparent as he produced a huge variety of vibrational sounds from his instruments. I really enjoyed the evening and definitely felt the benefits almost immediately. I highly recommend the Rejuvenation therapy. I find this a most therapeutic treatment - a top to toe combination of foot, back and facial massage with particular attention to pressure points, relieves tension and aching muscles. Emma is always warm, welcoming and extremely professional.

I went for a post event massage with Ollie as a result of feeling muscle soreness and tight hips from pre season football training/friendlies. Started with helpful mobilisation exercises to improve hip mobility and then a massage of my quads, hamstrings, and calf’s. Really good to ease muscle soreness and improve recovery… would definitely recommend at great value.
