Jen is brilliant from a practitioner perspective and as human she’s jolly wonderful!! Had major surgery last year and following that I was introduced by the hospital to Reflexology which opened my eyes - to come back to Bristol and find Zen & Jen - has been like finding hidden treasure. She has been a wonderful addition on my healing journey following a transplant. I would recommend.

I was visiting Bristol from the North East and had being having some back pain for sometime - the travel wont help - I came across Ramphai's and had the best massage. Relieved a lot of tension I had in my back and shoulders, travelled home the next day pain free 😊 Thank you

Trisha is a wonderful therapist. She made me feel comfortable, calm, and fully relaxed. She tailored the treatment to what I needed and the massage oils smelt divine. I appreciated her guidance also on needing to ground myself further. I look forward to going back. Highly recommend!

Visited today for realignment therapy. Thorsten was very friendly and informative. Took the time to thoroughly explain the process at the beginning and throughout the entirety of the session and answer any questions. Provided clear and precise instructions for after care at the end of the session. Very early days following the treatment but already some notable improvement. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family, looking forward to follow up session!

I had a lovely hot stones massage this evening. I felt thoroughly relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards. The therapist was really nice and attentive and the premises was very welcoming. I will be coming back very soon!

Best massage I’ve ever had in Bristol! Or the UK for that matter! A beautiful salon that transports you to Thailand from the decor to the scents and the sounds. A really firm massage, which is hard to find in the UK, and done with such intuition to my needs. Will defo be booking again and recommending to others. I would recommend the salon makes their entrance more obvious, it is easy to miss on the high street when it should be proud and stick out more!

I had a 1.5-hour massage at Ton Poh Thai Spa and Wellness and it was a great experience. The massage was very good, and the therapist was skilled and professional. The pressure was strong enough, just how I like it, and it really helped relieve my tension. I felt relaxed and refreshed afterward. I would definitely recommend this place and will come back again.

Absolutely fantastic massage at Ton Poh. The atmosphere was really relaxing, the room was warm and comfortable. The massage was deep and the therapist removed all my knots and tension from my back and legs. Despite choosing the option for the Thai stretching, I didn’t expect the stretches I had and the experience really helped me loosen up. The end was very much like a sports massage which has really helped. I’ll be booking again ☺️

Very good but therapist didn’t explain what she was going to do and also didn’t offer me a glass of water at the end which I needed.

Excellent all round. Professional, friendly, my therapist knew what she was doing. Will be looking to book another appointment to continue the process soon. Thank you!
