I had a fantastic experience at NEU Clinic. Dr Tony was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen to all of my concerns. He made me feel comfortable and reassured throughout my appointment, and his friendly personality put me at ease. The clinic is immaculate, modern, and the staff are welcoming and professional. I also previously had a consultation with Dr Stark, who was equally professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely be returning to complete my treatment plan and highly recommend the clinic.

I had a really positive experience at this SDL clinic. From the moment I walked in the staff were welcoming, professional and clearly knowledgeable. The environment was clean, calm and comfortable, which immediately put me at ease. The consultation process was thorough they took the time to understand my needs and recommend the most suitable IV therapy rather than pushing unnecessary treatments. My first massage with Sonia today and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. She was warm, friendly, welcoming, and very professional. Before the treatment she took the time to ask about my health, allergies and concerns etc , which made me feel completely comfortable and confident in her care. I appreciated the most was that she didn’t chat throughout the massage. She communicated when necessary, checking that I was comfortable, but otherwise allowed me to fully relax and enjoy the treatment. For me, that’s a huge plus and exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommended.

Dr Baran, Musa, Farida are true professionals at the North Kensington/Ladbroke Clinic. I highly recommend them as you will receive treatments that work with amazing results and a first class service, they are very friendly and helpful, making you feel comfortable. I suffered from a number of conditions for many years and the improvement after a few sessions has made me very happy. THEY ARE MORE THEN GREAT.

My first impression was good the clinic is welcoming and the receptionist was very nice offering me tea coffee and water. Sarah as so professional and explained everything before my treatment. She was so honest and answered all my questions without rushing me or trying to sell me anything else. The treatment was bit uncomfortable but not painful. The results were amazing. I would definitely recommend this clinic to my friends. Extremely pleased with the results. Thank you so much Sarah cannot wait for my next visit.

The best facial I’ve had ever. The girls were very welcoming and took time to understand my skin and needs. Hiba was very thorough, really got into my skin and explained the process for me before and as she was doing it. My skin feels so much better even after just one session. I went in for a consultation for polynucleotides under my eyes, and Huda explained everything clearly what the treatment is, how it works, and what to realistically expect.Her honesty and knowledge made me feel comfortable enough to go ahead with the treatment the same day. I have a very low pain tolerance, but Huda was so gentle. She applied numbing cream and I barely felt anything during the procedure. She also took the time to explain the aftercare so I knew exactly how to look after my skin afterwards.Overall, a very professional and reassuring experience. I would definitely recommend her!

Dr Zhao is a hidden gem. I was very impressed with the whole experience from the consultation period to my first acupuncture treatment. Dr Zhao was very thorough, she asked questions, took the time to listen to my concerns, and explained her assessment of my condition and treatment plan. There was no pressure to rebook or buy anything. I felt very comfortable and confident in her ability. I honestly wouldn't go to anyone else now that I have discovered her. I would recommend her 100%

Today I had my first acupuncture appointment with Dr. Xuejing Zhao. I was met by a very nice and friendly doctor. She is a very competent specialist in her profession. The doctor carefully listened to my problems and invited me to the treatment room. It is very clean, warm and cozy. Dr. Zhao treated me very carefully and I felt very comfortable here, I liked the acupuncture. I am very glad to have met this kind and qualified doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Zhao.
