I've been coming here for infrared sauna and red light therapy for over a year, and it has become a vital part of managing a chronic illness. Ellie is amazing—kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and always welcoming. As an anxious person, she made me feel completely at ease from day one, and it truly feels like a home from home. The facilities are lovely and relaxing, and the treatments have been incredibly beneficial. I can't recommend Ellie and her business highly enough.

My sister and I had truly beautiful, relaxing and calming experience and the same can be said about the environment. Ellie made us feel so very comfortable and safe. Her and Claire’s kindness was deeply appreciated as my emotions took a hold of me and tears flowed. Claire did the most amazing foot and leg massage. Ellie was so attentive to our needs and nothing was too much trouble. So looking forward to my visit next month.
