Impressed and very happy with my treatment, felt better directly and was amazed by the professionalism, knowledge and compassion of the team. The whole experience felt easy, safe and affordable with no details missed, hidden costs or lack of understanding/knowledge. Having received her services of 2 massages and 5 tarot sessions to date (online and in person), I can truely say Ira is a true soul and spiritual healer. The massages left me deeply relaxed in body and mind. The tarot sessions eased long held anxiety, processed trauma, and restored hope. What struck me most was how profoundly each session shifted how I see myself, gifting me selfworth I hadn't felt in a long time. She creates a judgement free space, listens deeply, and uncovers what's keeping you stuck, and even recommended practical steps like seeking mental health support through a GP.

Meeting with Megan for a consultation about jockey nutrition/dietary needs made me feel so much more secure. I feel so much more knowledgeable about the dietary needs of an healthy jockey and realistic goals for how to improve my nutrition for best performanc. My favorite part about our consultations was how personalized Megans goals were for me and my lifestyle. The goals we set together were very manageable and she explained how the changes will impact my body for the better. To top it off, Megan is just the sweetest, most down-to-Earth person and it was a delight working with her.

I did 2 remote sessions with Ira through zoom - was great, she hit some interesting and relevant points in my life and I feel lighter… I had some reservations about doing online energy work - but it was suprisngly powerful

I visited PERFECTA today for a facial treatment and I was delighted with it. Jennifer is very professional, answered all my questions very clear, and she was very kind during all the treatment. So happy with the results as well. My face feels renewed and glowing. The clinic is well located, near to the light rail and buses. Everything is so clean and beautiful space. Nice energy!

Rossana is absolutely wonderful! She is incredibly warm, caring, and professional. She always makes me feel comfortable, is so gentle throughout every session, and takes the time to make sure I’m doing okay. She truly makes the whole laser experience so much more pleasant. I had a session with Ira a week ago and it was so, so beautiful. The Reiki was incredibly powerful—I felt an immediate shift, like a weight had been lifted off my body. We did a life mapping, which I found extremely interesting and surprisingly precise. It didn’t necessarily tell me anything completely new, but it brought everything into perspective and helped me realise what my next steps should be and what shifts I can apply right away. The whole experience felt deeply relaxing and genuinely healing. Ira has a wonderful way of making you feel welcomed, comfortable, and completely at ease.
