I had a facial with Lori and it was fabulous! She is gentle and it was very relaxing! She had lots of information and suggestions. She was also patient with all my questions. I look forward to another facial with her very soon. Definitely will be my go to for facials in Winchester.

I loved both the massage and the scrub treatment. The staff were friendly and professional. It was obvious they were practiced masseuse. The spa space was perfect for a soothing experience. My skin feels amazing from the scrub treatment.

lori is an angel on earth. since i have gone to her the first time in october, my skin has improved an incredible amount. she’s incredibly knowledgeable about all things skincare and recommends nothing but the best products. the head and neck massage included is the cherry on top! i leave her service feeling clean and refreshed every time!

Amazing!!! Emma knew exactly what my skin needed. I had the best facial massage and left with glowing skin. Her recommendations for what to do with your skin are incredibly helpful and personalized. This was amazing. A very relaxing experience tailored to your skin and body. I've had facials and body care that cost way more and weren't even worth a quarter of this experience. The scalp massage was a beautiful touch, as was the product recommendation without pushing products. Will return (and I'm a hard sell!)

I have had seven facials, three massages and one body scrub. I have enjoyed every minute of it!! Ciara really gets all the tension out of my body with her deep tissue massages. My facials have been with both Lori and Rhiannon and my skin has never looked better. If you want to treat yourself to some self care I highly recommend Ritual Spa at The George Washington Hotel!! I had the ultimate relaxing experience at The Ritual Spa! First I spent time in the pool and hot tub which got me into a relaxing mood. Then I had a facial with Rhiannon. She customized it just for me and listened to my skin concerns. The head massage included was amazing! Then I had a full body massage with Sierra, which was also customized to me and SO good! The whole atmosphere was so gorgeous with so many special extras like a comfy robe, slippers, and even snacks. You absolutely must try this place!

Great services from Ciara with my massage with aromatherapy scents added today. She found the knots to work out in my muscles. 😊 My facial with Lori was also well done. You could tell with each cleanser, mask and moisturizer that she is very experienced in her techniques and applications. She was also very conscientious to ask whether I liked something or did I prefer to not use that service. That made the facial feel very personalized and not routine at all. Thank you!

My first time visiting the ritual spa and certainly won’t be my last. My massage with Cynthia was incredible! She really focused on my problem areas and I left feeling so relaxed. I followed that with a facial with Rhiannon- absolutely amazing! I thoroughly enjoyed my entire experience at the Ritual spa and I can’t wait to return!
