Hailey was awesome! Great upper back massage, facial and head spa treatment! I initially made my appt with someone else, but that person wound up being on vacation. I was not notified prior to my appt and found out when I was laying on the table. Most people make an appt with a specific person for a reason and I was going by a trusted recommendation. I felt it was inconsiderate to not have been notified by the spa. Since it was only my second time here and I was already on the table, I agreed to go ahead with the appt. As it turns out, I was VERY happy with Hailey’s service.

Excellent service! The massage was wonderful and the products smelled amazing. I did the scalp, facial, and lip treatment and left feeling super hydrated. Highly recommend!

Came with my daughter for the Group of 2 people 60 Mins GET Away (Basic Scalp Care + Facial Massage) for our birthdays. Oh my god, we're going to have to make this treatment a regular thing. We came out feeling super relaxed and refreshed. The massages of the hair, face, chest and shoulders included in this package were absolutely perfect. I think the only suggestion I would have is to have styling products available for curly hair. We should probably have brought our own though. Cannot wait to come back.

We were late but the staff was super accommodating and still gave us the full time and were very patient with us. The massage, facial, and scalp treatment were amazing and we left feeling totally rejuvenated. Thank you!

I brought my husband here as a surprise and he absolutely loved it! He got a facial, back massage and scalp care package and thoroughly enjoyed it. Thea did a great job and provides fantastic treatment. They also offer complimentary drinks at the end of treatment which is a nice little treat!

Velvet Head spa was a wonderful experience from start to finish! They begin by inspecting your scalp and showing you! Then you get basically a full spa experience! I wasn’t expecting all of the facial and massages worked it, it was bliss! I think I fell asleep and woke up with glowing skin and a super fresh scalp!

Truly a relaxing experience. There was some confusion as to wether my husband and I would be getting our treatments together, but they were able to find our reservation and booked us into a room so that we were side by side. However, we had to wait an additional 15 minutes for the room to be free. I felt that our treatment was cut short due to this waiting period and we did not get the full one hour service as expected. Our technicians were very friendly and polite and we both drifted off to sleep during the treatment.

Wonderful experience! One of the best massages I’ve had. Scalp treatment is top tier. Hair and scalp has never felt cleaner. My face feels amazing after the facial. My husband’s first ever experience with facial, and back massage. Definitely something he would do again.

Thea, N. did an excellent job. The massage felt balanced and intentional. My head and body felt relaxed right away. She adjusted pressure well. Gentle during the facial. Overall this was a nice and relaxing experience! I did the Velvet Signature which includes upper back massage, scalp care and facial massage. While I LOVED it, I was looking forward to the "scalp analysis"before the service but that didn't happen. Being that this is the "top" service I thought that would be part of the experience. I think this would have helped to target some of my areas of concern on my scalp; maybe I need to do the scalp therapy alone next time? Overall I enjoyed my experience and I will definitely be going back in the future!

Complimentary drinks is a good touch. Scalp and facial massage was wonderful relax. Hair dry service was very good; 2 of us had very meticulous service that made my other daughter so jealous, wonder why she was not given same treat. Will come again

After a year, I finally used the gift card my husband gave me, and OMG, this experience was everything I needed! Tie performed my services, and she was incredible! I had a 90-minute massage, facial, scalp massage, and a blowout. She excelled in all four parts of the service. Tie was very strong yet gentle. This experience will definitely not be my last with her!

I got the full works - started with a 30 min neck, shoulder, back massage, 30 min facial, and 30 min head, scalp massage and wash + 10 min of basic blow dry... it was truly divine to start off the New Year. The only improvement is to be narrated with what was being applied to my face during the facial and what type of products were being used. Thank you Benny! You're the best!

My mom and I booked the 90 minute Velvet Signature package for 2 that included scalp care,facial ,and back massage. 10/10 💆🏽‍♀️🧖🏽‍♀️🧘🏽‍♀️💕 It was our first time here. It exceeded our expectations.
