The services provided by Michelle at Defined Visage always go above and beyond my expectations. I have been getting Procell treatments for a year and a half and my skin has never looked better. I would highly recommend this service to anyone at any age looking to improve overall tone, texture, acne scarring and tightening. Procell is an amazing alternative to those who are embarking on an anti-aging journey without botox or filler. I’ve always wanted to go to a head spa and my sister gifted me a Groupon for TT Head Spa. I had an overall great experience. Shout out to Sabrina! She made me feel very relaxed and seemed knowledgeable in hair and scalp scare. I left with beautiful styled hair and my scalp feeling refreshed. I have sensitive skin and nothing bothering me here.

I had such an amazing experience at this head spa! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming, clean, and incredibly relaxing. The staff was welcoming and professional, making me feel comfortable right away. The scalp massage was absolutely heavenly — so soothing and detailed, and I could actually feel the stress melting away. The treatment left my scalp feeling refreshed and my hair softer, healthier, and shinier than ever. Michelle is very skilled with eyebrow tattoo removal. The procedure is a bit painful but Michelle uses numbing cream to help with the discomfort. This is my second treatment for removal. I saw a significant amount of lightning after my first treatment. I’m hoping this will be my last one. It’s definitely worth it if you are unhappy with permanent tattoo brows. Michelle is great! I highly recommend her.

Excellent service. Michelle removed my skin tags and cherry angioma with great care. She meticulously scanned the area for the tiny unseen skin tags barely forming making for a very smooth skin surface. I am 100% satisfied with her expert service.

Michelle is the best! Her personality and happiness is so fun and contagious. The whole experience is awesome. Yes, the treatment hurts a tad but with the numbing cream helps a ton. Michelle listened to me about the areas I really wanted tworked on. She did an amazing job.
