This was my 2nd time coming here. Easily booked an appointment online. The price is reasonable and comparable to others. Most head spas are in the South Bay Area so I’m glad there is one in this area. I got the one hour treatment - 30 min head scrub and 30 min facial. It was so relaxing, I almost fell asleep. Felt so refreshed when I was done. The ambience is calming and really feels like a treat for myself. Highly recommend!

What an amazing treatment! I did the 90 minute with back, facial and head massage and it was better than expected. So relaxing. Also, my hair follicles were a little clogged and the after view of my hair was so clean! Great treatment.

My appointment today was a much needed respite and led to a great nap on the table. Theresa was very thorough and gentle. The building is clean and so calming. The hair massage, treatment and blowdry has my hair so full and soft. I will definitely be back for monthly treatments. I also look forward to getting a full body massage here after having my baby. They were so accommodating around my pregnancy and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I was an overall great experience.

This was my first time at the Velvet Head Spa and I had a wonderful experience. Becca was very kind and made me feel comfortable and relaxed the whole time! The scalp treatment and massage pretty much put me to sleep. I’ve never been more relaxed! I would definitely recommend to anyone needing a scalp treatment that deals with buildup or just wants to feel pampered! I’ll definitely be coming back! Thanks again! :)

I made an appointment for my birthday for a little self care. PLEASE make an appt here. The facility is beautiful, the services are AMAZING and you walk out feeling brand new. The staff s super friendly and accommodating and honestly the best way to give yourself a little self care! The 90 Minute Velvet Signature (Basic Scalp Care + Facial Massage + Upper Back Massage) is the way to go!

My first time here. My sons got me a gift card for my 55th birthday and I was so excited to FINALLY experience a local head spa. I have been eyeing these spas for a few years now but none were close enough to me. My interaction with the online site as well as the front desk in trying to get booked were easy and trouble-free. When I arrived, I loved the atmosphere but the scent that welcomed me when I walked in was heavenly! Becca was my specialist and she was absolutely the sweetest and did an awesome job. Wonderful experience from check-in to check-out. I opted for their signature spa, which was a highlight. The only drawback: while booking I selected “any” therapist, assuming they would confirm my gender preference in person but that didn’t happen, and I only found out after changing. That said, the therapist was excellent..professional, respectful, and mindful of privacy. Clean facilities, hospitable staff, clear explanations, and complimentary drinks made it even better. Overall, a good experience.
