Having a facial by Brandy was one of the most fabulous experiences I have ever had in any spa! It was so relaxing and my skin was visually much firmer and had a youthful glow that was what I was seeking. I have had several facials in many spas around Lakeland and in other locations - this was the absolute best ever! I have already made another appointment! I can't say enough about it!! Brandy is the bomb! Best facial I ever had - and I have had many... the most relaxing experience. Not only do you get a rejuvenating facial - you get your hands and feet massaged also ...what a bonus!!

Brandy is the best of the best for Lakeland facials, but that’s not all! She’s sweet and cares about your skin. She doesn’t hesitate to tell you what you are doing right or wrong and will give you suggestions on what to do better without pushing products! My brows and skin have never looked better. Jackie is a talented provider/healer! My skin looks fantastic! She's given me a reasonable skincare routine. I love the IS Clinical products. And I cannot get over how much better my skin looks after consistent visits. In a huge industry of promises, I am so grateful for Jackie, her expertise, and her passion for her craft. SO worth it!

The space is very relaxing with light lighting and soft music, it's so hard for me to not fall asleep during facials! I visited Brandy twice and I have to say, I am SO glad I found someone who is knowledgable about skin care here in Lakeland. It's hard for me to trust just anyone with my skin as I am very sensitive but after my initial consultation, I feel comfortable and trust her recommendations. I will continue to visit her on a monthly basis. Thanks again Brandy!

What an elevated facial I experienced with Jackie! She is a true professional, taking the time to assess my skin’s needs with a thorough consultation, addressing concerns like fine lines, uneven tone, and dryness that come with age & sun. I've seen such improvement in my skin tone & brightness, and overall my skin felt firmer, smoother, and unbelievably hydrated, with a dewy glow that had me smiling all week. 10/10 would recommend!! 🤩

This space is a true sanctuary. The atmosphere is peaceful, the products are high quality, and the therapist really listened to my needs. I felt both physically and mentally renewed after my service. Perfect for self-care and relaxation. I had an amazing treatment. The therapist was knowledgeable, gentle, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. My skin felt incredible afterward.

Brandy's room at Esquire Salon & Spa is very comfortable and relaxing. I've had some very stressful jobs and took to pampering myself at many fabulous day and destination spas all over this country. So I have a lot to compare to when I share that Brandy is truely gifted. What an absolutely wonderful facial! We are so blessed to have her right here in Lakeland. I can't wait for my next one!

I discovered Venue almost a two years ago when I relocated to Lakeland. What can I say but,WOW,WOW! LOVE THIS PLACE! Natalie is so amazing and sweet! everyone in the staff is super nice and whenever you walk in, they offer you a complementary drink! The service was absolutely amazing and very relaxing. I even went back in because I wasn’t sure how to style my hair and Natalie was more than happy to help me. Definitely book with Natalie you won’t regret it! I recently moved from Atlanta to Lakeland and I used to visit an Aveda salon in Atlanta. I am thrilled to have found Greg at Venue Salon. He listened very well from my very first visit and my haircut and highlights turned out great from my very first appointment. Changing salons can sometimes be stressful but there was no stress when seeing Greg. He is a master at his craft and truly cares about educating you about the techniques he is using and I am so happy to have found him at Venue Salon.
