Amber was great, I've seen her 2 or 3 times by now. The treatment included gentle exfoliation, steam therapy, warm towels, and a heavenly massage on my shoulder.

Absolutely love the services these ladies provide. Bianca does a wonderful job focusing on my problem areas and knows the perfect about of pressure to use. Liz’s facials are so relaxing that every time I’m there I fall asleep. My skin looks amazing after. Highly recommend them!

Received a gift card for Mindful Body Studio for my birthday. Had a facial with Liz and it was so relaxing. My face feels fresh and rejuvenated and Liz was very knowledgeable and kind. I look forward to having more services here!

My experience at mindful body studio has been amazing. Everytime I go I get a massage and then a facial. I went for my birthday and then me and my mom went for mothers day. Each time my experience was a 100/10. I got my massage from Bianca and facial from Liz. I highly recommend them both. Im going to try to make this a monthly. Thank you ladies!!!!

Took my bestie for a full customizable facial for her 50th birthday 🎂 and my bestie absolutely loved it!!! the following day I took my 15 yr old daughter for her very first teenage facial and she absolutely loved it. Amber was FANTASTIC with both of them!!! They loved their facials came out relaxed, renewed and skin more renewed and radiant, we will be back again!! 😊 ❤️

Once again, I had a terrific facial with Grace! She always knows just what to suggest based on my skin care needs at each visit. The experience is ALWAYS very relaxing and definitely beneficial! My only suggestion is let’s extend the facial to 2-3 hours as it’s so darn comfortable I really don’t like having to leave! : ) ❤️ I’ll be back in a few weeks!!

New Day Spa truly is a wonderful place to pamper yourself with all the amenities they offer. Grace is an extraordinary person who is definitely in tune with an individual’s needs while keeping it lighthearted and respectful. I would recommend her for all facial and waxing needs, she is very experienced and very sweet!
