Today I had a lovely experience as Kala did me an Indian head massage. It has been so long since I had one I almost forgot how good it was . From start to finish Kala made me feel comfortable. The effort and passion that goes into my massage each time I have one is always incredible. Kala makes each experience tailored to what needs concentrating on the most . I love that each time it’s a little different and each time I come away feeling so relaxed . I will deffo be booking in again some time soon . Thank you so much ❤️

I have just had my second pregnancy acupuncture session with Lindsay to help with anxiety about giving birth and to help with labour. After both sessions I have left feeling calm, relaxed and reassured. Lindsay always makes me feel at ease and I like how each session is personal and bespoke.
