Saira was absolutely incredible as always! Provides honest opinions on services to suit individual needs, loads of information, and details on how the treatments work/result expectations. The space is always fresh and very clean with a relaxed atmosphere before and during the appointment. I would never trust anyone else near my face after starting my treatments at Resolve!

Clinic is lovely and very clean. Service was very professional and Jo is very welcoming and puts you at ease. Treatment was pain free, I had broken veins removed. I will deffinately use the clinic again.

Fabulous facial!!!

Mya looks after me at the Aesthetic Company in Mere Green, Sutton Coldfield. She is friendly, enthusiastic and excellent at what she does. She has managed to get rid of the red spider veins on my cheeks and around my nose which were making me unhappy about the condition of my skin. I now don’t need to put foundation on my face every day, which I always did, to disguise the red spider veins. I am absolutely delighted and thrilled that I can now go out without my usual make up thanks to feeling happy and confident with my skin. Thanks Mya, you’re a star!

Saira spent a great deal of time understanding my desired look. Whilst doing this she is constantly observing my facial movements for precise treatment applications. A real professional.

I have just visited Saira at Resolve Aesthetics for my first session of micro needling. She was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. She explained everything in detail and talked to me through the whole treatment. I’m extremely pleased with my experience and would highly recommend Saira.

I today had a second appointment with Mya to laser and clear some red spider veins on my chin, cheeks and nose and she does a fantastic job. She's lovely, friendly and professional and has, as far as I can see, got rid of the majority of spider veins in the areas of my face that were bothering me. I really enjoyed my treatment with Lucy. It was a skin re surfacing treatment and I was slightly nervous however Lucy explained every process thoroughly and checked on my well-being throughout. Lucy also explained how my skin would feel for the next few days as well as aftercare. I bought my home care products and was made fully up to speed on how to use them. Electrolysis is not a comfortable treatment but Jo was very understanding, checking regularly whether I was ok and telling me how the electrolysis was going. I am very pleased with the results so far, but there are more treatments needed to complete the job

Welcomed warmly and taken into a beautiful calm setting this was the fist time I have had this particular treatment and Lucy answered all my questions and talked me through the whole process and what to expect as well as discussing my skins needs. Brilliant service from someone you can tell has years of industry knowledge and experience I will definitely be back and I have already recommended friends and family thank you for making me and my skin feel great!

I've already booked extra treatments, not because they do not work but because I really see the benefits on my skin.
