Fantastic experience - we did the duo treatments. We were made to feel very welcome and instantly felt very comfortable. The infrabikes provided a challenging but low impact workout. Great that you can select multiple programmes and change resistance levels to suit all abilities! You definitely need a change of clothes when you are done, as per website instructions!!! The suprasculpt treatment was relaxing to do afterwards and felt amazing. Again good that can control the level / intensity over the 30 minutes session. Would highly recommend and we will definitely do again!!

I had a massage yesterday with Victoria and I can honestly say it was the best massage I have ever had, Victoria applied exactly right amount of pressure whilst continually monitoring my comfort, she was totally professional and very experienced, I had the most amazing experience it was 5⭐ plus 🥰
