Eleanor was really lovely and talked me through the procedure clearly. The treatment itself was great. Been going to Kelly for my brows, for a few years now and more recently lash line enhancement. Absolutely love the results and couldn't recommend Kelly enough. She's a perfectionist and her work shows that, not to mention super friendly who will make you feel at ease instantly. I wouldn't go anywhere else. If you have been thinking of SPMU, def do it, it's best thing I ever did.
