I am visiting from Australia and was recommended to go see Ellie by a family member, I am really pleased I did. Not only did she do a fantastic job with my facial, but she is a really lovely person. I enjoyed the whole experience from start to finish and she used her knowledge to advise which products would be best for my skin and went to the effort of finding the skincare brand I use in Australia and advising which she would use on my skin. I had something different done this month. Normally, I avoid anything that even hints at pain! Today, I bit the bullet to sort out my frown. It hurt. But the pain when you stub your toe, is worse and lasts longer!! It hurt for maybe 3 seconds!! All thanks to Hayley and her professionalism and efficiency. Thanks also for going through everything beforehand including directions (through what. three. words). The app guides you to the correct entrance so use it people!! 😉

It was my first time visiting James Aesthetics this morning and I had lovely Indian Head Massage by Victoria. The treatment room which both Victoria and Nina have created is beautiful. I left feeling incredibly relaxed and can’t wait to return. Thank you.

Elisha was my make up artist for my 50th birthday party and was fab-u-lous!!!!! She listened to what I wanted and helped me feel confident in preparation for my special night. Her studio is stunning; she has so much experience and skill; and so many products to help her achieve an amazing result. I highly recommend her and would not hesitate to book her again. The consultant was very friendly, informative, wasnt expecting such gracious and kind person Anne is, I have booked in for 2 beauty treatments and hopefully a third one , didnt even think I would have booked in as I didnt know Anne does so much , so I was pleasantly surprised of her amazing work.
